This beautiful and comfortably furnished corner house has a large corner garden and a balcony. This house is excellent to spend a summer holiday, but also for winter stay.
The ground floor has a cozy and comfortably furnished living/dining room with air conditioning and TV with international channels. There is an open style kitchen fully equipped, with dish washer, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc. Next to the kitchen is an utility room with a washing machine and the electric water heater.
On the ground floor is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
On the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (possible for 3 children to sleep) all bedrooms have airconditioning. From the hall you have access to the spacious balcony. 2nd bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
There is an enclosed terrace where you can sit comfortably, especially in the winter months and there is a large garden with barbecue and sunbeds. The garden is undisturbed.
