The sea is 3.5 km from the house and you are only a 15-minute drive from the city of Alicante. The villa is located in a luxurious, neat urbanization in Gran Alacant and the villa has a private swimming pool and wifi.
The living room is nicely furnished and the kitchen is an open version and is equipped with all necessary conveniences. There is a dishwasher, microwave / oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, etc.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bathroom en suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan. (Second) bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
Because the house is located high in Gran Alacant, we recommend a (rental) car, you can also use the local bus or the train that runs throughout Gran Alacant.
The villa is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca, Playa Carabassi. It is a protected nature reserve with natural dunes, so you can reach the beach via wooden platforms. The beach stretches for miles from the left to Alicante and from the right to Santa Pola. You can take hours of beach walks. In the summer there are also nice beach bars that are open until late.
The villa is within walking distance of restaurants and bars and close to Alicante, Elche and Santa Pola.
Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in this region. Sailing school, tennis, diving school, golf and bicycle rental are all within easy reach.
15 minutes away is the airport of Alicante – Elche, which connects a large number of European cities to the Costa Blanca.
