This house is part of the urbanisation Novamar 6 in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola). It is situated near the beach on walking distance. This urbanisation has a big communal swimming pool for the residents. The house has a large roof garden and a balcony, directly connected to the living room with great sea views, also overlooking the hills and a nature reserve. A very pleasant and large house with private parking place in a garage.

DESCRIPTION:
The house has a pleasant and fully furnished living room with open kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating. From 1 bedroom you have acces to the garden with tarrace.On this floor there are 2 bath rooms (1 en suite).
Upstairs is the living room with air-conditioning/heating and kitchen. On this floor you will also find a toilet room. The washing machine and the dryer are situated in a separate utility room next to the kitchen. From the living room you can access the solarium and a balcony with beautiful views. This house has floor heating: excellent for the winter period!

Gran Alacant is situated north of the fishing port Santa Pola and only 10 km from the city of Alicante. The international Airport by Alicante, El Altet, is on a 8 km distance (but is not in the flightpath). Gran Alacant is situated at the sea and has different urbanizations. In the area of the Carabassi beach with sand dunes there are green belts, the nature reserve El Clot and a nice boulevard. In Gran Alacant you will find restaurants to suit every taste, bars, bodega, internet cafe, banks, bakery, newsagent, library, health centre, police, small supermarkets, post office and sport fields. There is a shopping mall with larger supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, clothes and shoe store etc in the area. There are bus stops to take you to the nearest towns.
There is also a train which drives through Gran Alacant and takes you from the beach to the shopping mall and back. For more information:

Only 10 kilometres away you will find Alicante city with a beautiful boulevard and a number of discotheques, ideal for young and old. Alicante, the capital of the province, is the centre of the Costa Blanca with its beaches and international Airport. It has a wide industry, busy harbour, nightlife, excellent gastronomy, white beaches, beautiful sea promenade and a culture historic architecture. So a very interesting city that offers a lot for everyone.
The fishing port of Santa Pola is 5 km south and worth a visit for itīs farmers market, fish auction and salt lakes. From here you can catch the ferry to the island of Tabarca.
Elche is situated at 20 km from Gran Alacant and is surrounded by 200.000 palm trees and is placed on the World Heritage List. This beautifull, cultural city is worth a visit.
