There are 2 bedrooms all with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms one with bath, toilet, bidet and double sink and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The apartment is only 500 meters from the beach, close to golf courses, only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the train station.
This holiday home is situated in a hilly and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and a tennis court and at 1 km from the beach of Carabassi playa.
The comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, places to go out and sports activities make this a suitable holiday home to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from June 15th till September 15th and it is only allowed to swimm when the lifeguard is present. The times that the pool is open are:
