There is a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink.
Upper floor: Cozy furnished and Air Conditioned living room with sitting and dining area, Smart TV, radio and DVD, fully equipped open kitchen with ao. oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle etc. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine. Also on this floor is the 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace which offers a view of the urbanization, mountains and sea.
The communal swimming pool is located behind the house, as well as a playground with play equipment for children. The sea and the nature park are within 500 meters walking distance, as well as the bus stop. The boulevard with typical Spanish shops is 1.2 km away, which is great to walk on. In the GA shopping center there are various bars, restaurants, kiosk, bakery, supermarkets, banks, pet shops, etc.
Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September and that swimming is only permitted if the lifeguard is present. The times that the swimming pool is open are:
June: 11 am – 8 pm
July and August: from 11 am to 9 pm
September: 11 am – 8 pm
