There are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed. There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. There are 2 terraces, a balcony and a private garden with barbecue and beautiful sea view.
There is a nice communal swimming pool that you can use during your stay.
Because the house is a bit further from the sea we recommend a (rental) car, you can also use the local bus or train that runs throughout Gran Alacant.
The beaches are perfect for water sports enthusiasts: water skiing, diving, snorkeling, surfing etc. From the terrace you can see the paragliders start and land again.
During the day you can enjoy the peace, a book, a glass of wine or a splash in the pool. In the evening, light the BBQ and prepare a delicious fish. You will soon feel at home in this duplex.
From this house you have perfect roads to Santa Pola, Elche and Alicante, the hinterland or other cities further afield such as Benidorm, Murcia and Valencia. Enough to see and visit!
Alicante is a nice city with surprising possibilities. You can spend hours strolling through the Spanish streets, shopping, but it also has very nice beaches.
For a nice relaxing trip you could explore the coastline. This can be done by car, but also by tram. The government has invested in very modern electric and silent tram lines that bring all coastal villages from Alicante to Denia.
In short, this town house is the ideal place to stay for everyone!
