Ground floor:
The house has a nicely furnished living room with air conditioning, ceiling fans and gas-radiators on each room. There is a fully equipped, open kitchen and a seperate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, with access to the rear terrace and there is 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
On the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed with access to a small balcony and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. both bedrooms have air conditioning. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
The house also has a basement floor with an extra dining table and chairs.
There is a terrace on both sides of the house, both with awning, so you can sit in the sun or shade at all times. There is a big BBQ on coales or wood on the rear terrace. This terrace is south facing.
During the day you can enjoy the peace, a book, a glass of wine or a splash in the pool.
The beautiful Carabassi beach is 2,5km from the house (5 min drive or 35 min walk) There is a small commercial area on walking distance with a super market, restaurant, coffee bar, a medical center, a pharmacy as well as an street market once a week and a sports complex with multiple facilities including padel tennis and tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field and an indoor sports center.
From this house you have perfect roads to Santa Pola, Elche and Alicante, the hinterland or other cities further away such as Benidorm, Murcia and Valencia. Enough to see and visit!
Alicante is a nice city with surprising possibilities. You can spend hours strolling through the Spanish streets, shopping, but it also has very nice beaches.
In short, this duplex is the ideal place to stay for everyone!
Because the house is located a bit further from the sea, we recommend a (rental) car, you can also use the local bus or the train that runs throughout Gran Alacant.
