This very cozy corner house is located on the Novamar 6 urbanization in Gran Alacant, Alicante on the Costa Blanca. A very nice and quiet area. The house has 3 spacious terraces (1 of which is a balcony) and is located 100 meters from the communal swimming pool and 600 meters to the beautiful, sandy and blue flagged Carabassi beach.

This cozy spacious corner house with view on the communal children´s playground. Downstairs there is a garden and a terrace with BBQ, on the ground floor there is also a spacious, cozy and fully equipped living room, open kitchen with separate room for washing machine and extra refrigerator and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
On the 2nd floor there is a sun terrace throughout the house, including a shower and extra refrigerator. You have a view on the sea, mountains and landscape.
The house is located 600 meters from the sandy beach and only 500 meters from bars, restaurants and a small local supermarket.
There is a train that takes you easily to the shops and larger supermarkets. The Aldi is 1.8 km away (25 min. walk) The commercial center of Gran Alacant with shops and other supermarkets is 2.6 km away (36 min. walk)
The communal swimming pool is accessible via a staircase or ramp.
Please note that the communal pool is open from June 15 to September 15 and swimming is only allowed when the lifeguard is present. The times when the swimming pool is open:
June: 11am-8pm
July and August: from 11am to 9pm
September: 11am-8pm
