New construction according to customer requests on rustic plots of 10,000m²+
We accompany you from the purchase of the plot to the completion of the house.
As example:
Modern house in Mediterranean style of approx. 100m² = 180.000 – 200.000 €
Or:
Modern house in Mediterranean style of approx. 150m² = 270.000 – 300.000 €
Plot of 10.000m²+ from 15.000€ (more than 50 plots available, price depending on size, location + planting)
In addition there are the costs for architect, building license, building supervision and possibly electricity + water connection, if not yet available, which are approx. 15 – 20 % of the building costs.
