This beautiful villa with private pool that can be heated in winter, beautiful garden and free WiFi connection is located in Monte y Mar in Gran Alacant.
This villa is suitable for 6 people, but can easily house 8 people by also utilizing the basement bedroom.
The ground floor is very cozy. There is a covered terrace with view to the private pool. Upon entering you come in the nicely furnished living room and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, a separate tap for filtered drinking water and a washing machine.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed (which can also be split to 2 single beds) and a bathroom ensuite with bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The first floor consists of a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom ensuite with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. From the bedroom window you look on nature reserve (no houses are built at the back of the villa) and through sliding doors you come on the large roof/sun terrace with beautiful views on mountains, Alicante and a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. All 3 bedrooms have Air Conditioning and build-in closets.
The villa also consists of central heating by radiators on oil, so this villa is very suitable for staying in the winter months, also because of the heated swimming pool.
From the kitchen there is a staircase to the basement. Here you find a sitting room/game room with PS4 and a ping-pong table and a fridge. There are rackets and pool toys for free use. Next to the playroom there is also a 4th bedroom with a double bed and Air Conditioning.
At the back of the villa you will find another terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view on the nature reserve. From this terrace you can also go into the nature reserve to have a nice walk.
There is a beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden with various fruit trees and plants. At the front of the villa is the private pool with outdoor shower where you can relax on one of the sunbeds (there are 4 in total)
You can park your car at the street or on the drive way.
