Oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc. Also on this floor is the 3rd bathroom. Air conditioning is available in all areas. There is also WIFI in the home. Adjacent to the living room (front) there is a balcony with a view of the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen (rear) is a large terrace which offers views of the urbanization, mountains and the El Clot nature reserve.
A reserved space is available for 1 car in the shared underground garage.
The communal swimming pool is right around the corner, as well as a playground with play equipment for children. The sea and the nature park are within 400 meters walking distance, as well as the bus stop. The boulevard with typical Spanish shops is 1.2 km away, which is great to walk on. In the village there are various bars, restaurants, kiosk, internet room, bakery, supermarkets, banks, pet shop etc. present.
Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from June 15th till September 15th and it is only allowed to swim when the lifeguard is present. The times that the pool is open are:

July & August: 11.00-21.00
September: 11.00-20.00
