This cosy holiday house is located on the top of the hill in the Monte y Mar urbanization in Gran Alacant, at 1,2 km distance (20-25 minutes walk) from the Carabassi beach which has the blue flag (sign of clean water) and thin white sand.
In 1 minute walk there is a gated swimming pool and garden, with secured access (key).
There is no television in the house.
The front terrace, because of its location, is protected from wind in the winter months and has sun all day long.
In front of the house there is a huge natural space (ravine) full of vegetation, so the place is really very calm, with no traffic within sight or noises.
This nicely decorated townhouse is a real home. On its ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower with toilets and wash basin.
On the first floor there are two rooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bath, toilet, wash basin and bidet.
Further up there is a large solarium (roof terrace) with beautiful views over mountains and landscape.
The house is comfortably equipped for living (the owner uses it in some periods). It includes reversive air-conditioning and WiFi.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The washing machine is located in the patio close to the kitchen.
There is an electric barbeque that you can use.
The closest supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance. Near this shop there is a local GA bus station for going to the local market, to the beach and the Gran Alacant commercial centre. 10 minutes walk from the house is a bus station for going to Alicante or Santa Pola.
