For rent is a three-bedroom holiday home at popular Gran Vista in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola, 18 km from Alicante, and 12 km from the airport.

The three-floor corner house has a great sea view, and was newly renovated in 2023. There are beds for 5 people, as well as a baby cot. The apartment – and the area – is excellent for families with children during the holiday periods, and for seniors during the winter months.

Gran Vista is a quiet, family friendly and safe complex with no traffic passing through. There is a 24-hour guard at the entrance during the summer.

It is a 20 minute walk to the two km Carabassi beach (Blue Flag awarded). Here you can hire sunbeds and parasols, as well as have lunch in either beach bars or beach restaurants.

The complex has two large pool areas, both with separate pools for children. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer.

There are two tennis courts, two boules courts, table tennis tables as well as large green lawns for both sunbathing and ball games.

There is also a shop and café inside the complex where one can buy fresh baked goods, coffee, ice creams and even some Scandinavian groceries. Susana and Rafa in the café are helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations, things to see and do, to ordering transport.

The urbanization consists mainly of Scandinavian residents, with a large number of senior permanent residents. In the summer there are many families with children here, and in the winter the permanent residents return keeping the urbanization alive throughout the year.

Wireless internet (fibre) gives you the opportunity to work digitally.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as in the living room.
There is a water purification filter for drinking water in the tap, so you don’t have to buy and carry water.

First floor: Two bedrooms. The larger has a double bed of 160×200 with a wardrobe, and has access to an outdoor terrace with sunbeds. The second bedroom has a single bed of 90×195. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathroom with shower.

2nd floor: main entrance with an appealing outside area and comfortable furniture. There’s a small hall and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and a dining table. The apartment has an internal balcony from the third floor, so the living room is bright and airy and has a great sea view. 50″ smart TV and air conditioning.
All lighting – both inside and outside – is dimmable, for a cozy atmosphere.

3rd floor: large bedroom with a double bed of 160×200 and a wardrobe. Air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, and indoor balcony down to the living room. Workplace for the digital nomad.

Space to park your car at the road beside the house, it is not allowed to park in front of the house.

Til leie er et tre-roms feriehus på populære Gran Vista i Gran Alacant, Santa Pola, 18 km fra Alicante, og 12 km fra flyplassen.

Hjørnehuset i tre etasjer har flott havutsikt, og ble nyoppusset i 2023. Det er sengeplasser til seks personer, samt en barnereiseseng. Leiligheten – og området – passer utmerket for barnefamilier i ferieperiodene, og for seniorer i vinterhalvåret.

Gran Vista er et rolig, familievennlig og trygt kompleks uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Det er 24 timers vakt ved inngangsporten om sommeren.

Det er en 20-minutters spasertur til den to km lange Carabassi-stranden (blått flagg). Her kan du leie solsenger og parasoller, samt spise lunsj i enten strandbarer eller strandrestauranter.

Komplekset har to store bassengområder, begge med separate barnebasseng. Badevakter er på vakt om sommeren.

Det er to tennisbaner, to boulebaner, bordtennisbord samt store grønne plener for både soling og ballspill.

Det er også en butikk og kafé inne i komplekset hvor man kan kjøpe ferske bakevarer, kaffe, iskrem og til og med noen skandinaviske dagligvarer. Susana og Rafa i kafeen er behjelpelige med alt fra restaurantanbefalinger, ting å se og gjøre, til å bestille transport.

Det er et flott marked i kort gangavstand, som er åpent hver torsdag

Urbanisasjonen består hovedsakelig av skandinaviske innbyggere, med et stort antall eldre fastboende. Om sommeren er det mange barnefamilier her, og om vinteren kommer de fastboende tilbake og holder urbanisasjonen i levende hele året.

Trådløst internett (fiber) gir deg muligheten til å jobbe digitalt.

Huset har klimaanlegg på alle soverom, samt i stuen.Det er et vannrensefilter for drikkevann i springen, slik at du ikke trenger å kjøpe og bære vann.

Første etasje: To soverom. Den større har dobbeltseng på 160×200 med garderobeskap, og har utgang til uteterrasse med solsenger. Det andre soverommet har en enkeltseng på 90×195. Begge soverommene har klimaanlegg. Bad med dusj.

2. etasje: hovedinngang med tiltalende uteomrÃ¥de og komfortable møbler. Det er en liten hall og et bad med dusj. Kjøkkenet har en frokostbar og et spisebord. Leiligheten har innvendig balkong fra tredje etasje, sÃ¥ stuen er lys og luftig med flott havutsikt. 50″ smart-TV og klimaanlegg.
All belysning – både inne og ute – kan dimmes, for en koselig atmosfære.
