This holiday home is part of the Novamar 6 urbanization in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) in the Alicante region, Costa Blanca. This park has a large communal swimming pool for residents. This swimming pool is located 20 meters from the house. The house has a large sun roof terrace adjacent to the living room with views of nature, mountains and sea. A very cozy and luxuriously furnished house. Also very suitable for wintering.
There is a cozy and fully furnished room with air conditioning and an open kitchen and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Separate room with washing machine. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have air conditioning. 1 bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. You can use the communal swimming pool.
The communal swimming pool is located directly in front of the accommodation and is accessible via a staircase or ramp.
Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September and swimming is only permitted when the lifeguard is present.
The times when the pool is open are:
• Lifeguard service from Saturday 11/06/2022 to Sunday 18/09/2022
• June timetable: Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Timetable July and August: Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• September timetable: Monday to Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
This holiday home is located in a hilly and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and a tennis court and at 1 km from Carabassi playa beach. The accommodation offers views of the valley.

You may wish to hire a car or use the frequent local bus services to access the towns and cities. Trains from Alicante center serve Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona.
Alicante is a large city with a fantastic mix of culture, beaches, shopping and dining. You can stroll for hours through the traditional Spanish streets of the old town in the shadow of the historic castle, or go shopping along Maisonnave, the main street and a visit to the particularly beautiful beaches and marina is certainly worthwhile.
The beaches in this area are perfect for water sports: water skiing, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing etc.
