On the first floor, there is a large roof terrace/solarium ideal for entertaining or sunbathing, and is directly connected to the open lounge and dining room with views of the nature reserve and of distant mountains.
There is a cozy and fully furnished room with air conditioning and with open kitchen and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Separate room with washing machine. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Here is also a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
The communal swimming pool is directly in front of the property and can be accessed via stairs or ramp.
Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15 and swimming is only allowed when the lifeguard is present.
The times the pool is open are:
• Lifeguard service from mid June till mid September
• June timetable: Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Timetable for July and August: Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• September timetable: Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This holiday home is located in a hilly and residential beach area, within walking distance you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other shops. During the day you can enjoy a glass of wine or take a dip in the pool.
