This very cozy corner house is located on the urbanization Novamar 7 in Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca. The house has 3 spacious terraces (including 1 balcony) located at streetside and 700 meters from the sandy beach. There is a communal swimming pool close to the house. In July and August the opening hours of the pool are from 9am to 3pm and from 5pm to 11pm.
