This duplex house is located on the Sierramar urbanization in Gran Alcant (Santa Pola). The house is located 1300 meters from the beautiful Carabassi beach.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and a spacious balcony (facing south), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside is a beautifully tiled garden. There is a tennis court that you can use. Bars and restaurants are available within the urbanization. This is a nice house to celebrate a nice holiday.
An ideal place to withdraw from the daily worries and to fully enjoy a well-deserved holiday. But you might want to get away from it all once in a while. Of course you can. Gran Alacant has a beautiful and wide sandy beach and with a 20 minute drive you are in Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche
Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in this region. Sailing school, tennis, diving school, paragliding, golf and bicycle rental are all within easy reach.
15 minutes away is the airport of Alicante – Elche, which connects a large number of European cities to the Costa Blanca.
One thing is for sure that Gran Alacant is a pleasure to be in!
