cosily furnished duplex house is located on the Mediterraneo III urbanization in Gran Alcant (Santa Pola). The house is oppsite the naure reserve ¨El Glot de Galvany¨ and is located 1,5km (20 min walk) from the beautiful Carabassi beach.

On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with air conditioning, a separate kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and refrigerator, there is no dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine and water heater. On the ground floor is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony (facing west with views over el Clot) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and sink. both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside is a beautifully tiled garden overlooking the beautiful nature reserve. There is a tennis court that you can use. Bars and restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance of the house. There is a private parking space in a closed parking lot at the house. This is a very nice house to enjoy a nice holiday.
An ideal place to withdraw from the daily worries and to fully enjoy a well-deserved holiday. But you might want to get away from it all once in a while. Of course you can. Gran Alacant has a beautiful and wide sandy beach and with a 20 minute drive you are in Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche
