This spacious, air-conditioned house is located on Novamar 7 and there is a communal swimming pool with a children’s pool close to the house, a children’s playground and a sports area with tennis courts. In July and August the opening hours of the pool are from 9am to 3pm and from 5pm to 11pm.

The fully cozy open living room has air conditioning and an open new kitchen fully equipped. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room / utility room next to the kitchen.
You will also find a bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink.

Internal staircase leads to the 1st floor where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.
Air-conditioned bedroom (1) has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and lamps with sliding patio doors to a spacious west-facing balcony.
Bedroom with air conditioning (2) has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and lamps, an armchair and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom (3) has two single beds, bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes.

On the 2nd floor there is a large roof terrace / solarium where you can enjoy the sun and with a view of the sea and the mountains in the distance.
