This beautiful and spacious corner house has place for 6 people and is located in the urb. Olivo de Oro in Gran Alacant. This urbanization has incredible views of the sea and the Bay of Alicante. The beautiful beach of Carabassi with blue flag is 3 km from the house (6 min by car)
The house is fully equipped and has 3 floors. There is free Wi-Fi.
The ground floor: terrace with awning and corner garden with artificial grass. Upon entering you enter a nice modern furnished and air-conditioned living/dining room with fire place. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen there is another access to the garden. There is also 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on this floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (160×200) and 1 with 2 single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) 1 with a shower, sink and toilet and the other with a whirlpool bath, sink and toilet.
On the second floor there is a private roof terrace with chill out furniture, barbecue and sea views. Perfect to spend the evening with a good roast and a glass of wine!
The urbanization Olivo de Oro has 2 tropical pools ((closed in the winter months, except for the small children’s pool), a children’s area and a paddle tennis court for free use. The cliff of this urbanization is one of the most popular by paragliders in Spain. So if you dare you can do a tandem paraglide!
Because the house is on the hill in Gran Alacant, we advise a (rental) car.
Near the house you will find an exclusive spa, a supermarket, a pharmacy, medical center, a sports center, restaurants and an excellent market every Thursday.
The GA commercial center with the bigger supermarkets, restaurants and shops is on 4 km distance.
This is a very nice house for a wonderful stay in the summer and winter!
