The living room with Air Conditioning is fully equipped and there is an open kitchen which is fully equipped. Bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. There is a terrace at the back of the house with a separate room where the washing machine is located.
The house has a good gas heating, so is also suitable for rent in the winter months.
There are 3 bedrooms one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, on the first floor two bedrooms with both bedrooms 2 beds. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the garden you can enjoy the Spanish sun. A wonderful place to withdraw from the daily worries and to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
The pool is about fifty meters from the house. With a lifeguard and swimming pools for both small children. At the pool you will find a paddle court and if that is not enough there is a sports center within walking distance, with extra paddle courts.
The beautiful Carabassi beach is 3 km from the house. Some choose to walk, but with the help of the tourist train or the bus that runs every half hour along the urbanization it is easy to get to the beach. The house is on a hill, so it is a nice walk.
You can walk to the many different restaurants nearby, or take a car to the restaurants where the locals come, or even visit the two towns of Alicante or Santa Pola which is a ten minute drive away. Burger king is also present at the mall.
Near the house you will find an exclusive spa, a supermarket, a pharmacy, doctors and chiropractors, a sports center, restaurants and an excellent market every Thursday.
The nearest golf resort, El Plantio, is about fifteen minutes away by car and is a “pay and play”.
This is a nice accommodation for a wonderful stay in the summer and winter.
