There are no airconditionin in the leavingroom and basement. There is 1 bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, sink and shower and 1 bathroom on the first floor with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
The house is fully furnished and equipped and has the comforts of home including air conditioning in living room and 2 bedrooms with no air conditioning in the basement. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine
There is a small garden and veranda, as well as a roof terrace to enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather. You can use the communal swimming pool. The property is located near the blue flag beach of Carabassi, the natural park of El Clot de Galvany, bars, restaurants, public transport and much more.
